I’m Fadwha, a Health and Wellness Coach passionate about helping busy professionals restore energy, build resilience, and prevent burnout without adding more pressure to their already demanding lives.

My Story

My journey began with my own diagnosis of an autoimmune condition. Living with chronic fatigue, inflammation, and fluctuating energy showed me firsthand how deeply our health affects every aspect of life, our focus, productivity, mood, and overall sense of balance. Like many high-performing women, I continued pushing through responsibilities while quietly feeling depleted. It was only after a significant health setback that I realised something needed to change.

That turning point led me to explore how nutrition, stress management, restorative sleep, intentional movement, and mindset work together to support the body and nervous system. I discovered that true energy is not about doing more, it’s about creating alignment within the body and lifestyle. Through consistent, practical changes and a compassionate approach, I was able to reduce inflammation, manage my chronic disease and regain sustainable energy and clarity.

Today, I guide women in demanding careers, particularly academics and professionals juggling multiple roles to do the same. My work focuses on helping clients stabilise their energy, improve mental clarity, regulate stress, and create sustainable habits that protect their long-term health. I provide structured, personalised coaching that integrates nutrition, sleep, movement, stress management, and mindset into one clear, supportive framework.

My mission is simple: to help busy women thrive in both their professional and personal lives by building resilience from the inside out. Because when your energy is stable, your nervous system is supported, and your lifestyle is aligned with your wellbeing, you don’t just function, you flourish!
